MEET MEEGAN

After teaching fitness and yoga in Portland and NYC for nearly a decade, Meegan Gregg realized that what she was looking for in her ideal workout didn’t exist. So she created it. Founded in 2016, Backbody Project is everything Meegan wanted in her own workout: backside building moves combined with heart-pumping intervals, evidence-based functional training, and kickass jams to challenge the body and mind in a constantly evolving platform. The results? Just ask her clients. She hears again and again that even after a few workouts, clients feel stronger than they’ve ever been.
